Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on shipped packages except as outlined below, nor do we offer exchanges for a different size.
However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kink3d.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If a return is required due to an error or defect, we will provide instructions, which may include a prepaid shipping label.

Shipping Problems
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. However, if this occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost in Transit
Stock items:
We will ship a replacement of the same items at no cost. Refunds are not offered.
On Demand items:
We will remake the same items as quickly as possible and ship them at no cost. Alternatively, you may choose a full refund.
Cancellations
Stock items:
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@kink3d.com as soon as possible.
On Demand items:
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Cancellation Options
Cancelled orders have two options:

Store credit for 100% of the order value
- Store credit cannot be refunded to the original payment method once issued

Refund with a 10% cancellation fee
- This fee helps cover costs such as payment processor fees that are not returned to us
- Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution
Chastity box sets incur a 5% cancellation fee.

We encourage all buyers to carefully consider sizing before placing an order.
