Warranty Policy

KINK3D stands behind the design and manufacturing of our products. We take pride in how many of our customers are wearing a product from us that was purchased years ago and is still going strong.

This policy outlines our warranty procedures for items purchased directly from KINK3D, as well as through authorized retailers.


1. Coverage for 3D-Printed Products

All 3D-printed KINK3D products are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of original sale.

This coverage applies to defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use. It does not cover loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper care, modification, or normal wear and tear.


2. Coverage for Locks

All locks sold by KINK3D are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original sale.

This coverage applies to defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use. It does not cover loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper care, modification, or normal wear and tear.


3. Coverage for Other Products

Products sold by us that are not manufactured by KINK3D are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Terms, duration, and claim procedures for these items are determined solely by the manufacturer.


4. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please contact our support team for assistance.

For products that were ordered directly from KINK3D, email support@kink3d.com and include your order number if available.

For KINK3D products purchased through other retailers, please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Our team will review your request and reply with information about next steps. These steps may include troubleshooting, repair, asking for photos or short videos to show the issue more clearly, and/or replacement at our discretion.

We may provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged product to us at no charge to you.

For customers outside the US, at our discretion, we may arrange a replacement through a regional authorized retailer. We will notify you in advance and confirm acceptability prior to setting up a replacement in this way.

Note that when replacing a defective product, generally we will only be able to send a new copy of the same item as the original.

Please remember that our warranty covers “normal use”. It doesn’t cover scenarios such as intentionally breaking the product, stepping on it, or having it chewed up by your dog. (Though if this happens, get in touch anyway and definitely send us a pic of the pupper!)


5. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by law. KINK3D reserves the right to determine eligibility for warranty coverage and the appropriate resolution for any claim.
