We take customer privacy seriously. We do not sell customer data. We collect personal data only in order to operate our e-commerce website and for other core business needs such as providing customer service. We strive to protect your privacy at all points from your first use of our website, through purchases and shipping, and in all communications in between.

We do not sell these data to anyone. We do not share these data with any third parties other than those necessary to the transaction, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), certain third-party apps within the Shopify ecosystem that provide core functionality to our website, payment processors, and shipping services such as DHL, USPS, and Shippo.

In addition, we, or our third-party partners, may collect non-personally identifiable information. This type of information can include IP addresses, geographic area, and usage activities including what pages were visited, products viewed, and more. This information is generally aggregated and used for business analysis, enabling us to make decisions on how to provide customers with the best experience.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT REQUESTS

When you submit a request through your customer account or our website (including requests related to orders, cancellations, address changes, or general support), we process the information associated with your account together with any information you include in your request.

This may include your existing account information (such as your name, email address, and order details) as well as the content of your message.

We use this information solely to:

PROCESSING OF SUPPORT REQUESTS

To provide customer support, we transmit and process support requests using secure third-party service providers that assist with infrastructure, request processing, and email delivery.

As part of this process, your request and associated account information may be transmitted through systems operated by these providers in order to deliver your request to our support team and facilitate a response.

We limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary to provide support services.

THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS

We may also use third-party service providers to support customer service operations and to administer privacy requests, including infrastructure providers, email delivery providers (such as Resend), and our privacy compliance provider (Consentmo). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate security measures and to use personal data only as necessary to provide their services.

COOKIE POLICY

As of the most recent update to this policy, the only cookies installed in your browser with respect to the use of our website will come from our third-party partners.

GIFTING POLICY

For products coming in different sizes, we recommend that you do not purchase for a third party without ensuring that you have that third party’s accurate measurements.

If you are buying a product for a third party for whom you have the relevant measurements as well as the consent to make use of them, and you enter that third party’s shipping information during checkout on our website, please be aware that we, or our third-party partners, may collect and store that third party’s information in connection with the transaction, the same as if it were your own personal information.

Please direct any such third parties to this policy before completing any transaction with their personally-identifying information. We cannot and will not be liable to any third party for private data shared by you without that third party’s consent.

You hereby expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cateran LLC and its partners, affiliates, assigns, and successors against any claims by third parties whose data and information you have shared with us.

ADVERTISING POLICY

Our website does not implement any non-essential cookies. It does not collect data for marketing or advertising purposes, other than the opt-in opportunity for our email newsletter.

As of the most recent update of this policy, all data collection and processing activities with respect to your use of the site are managed through our third-party partners.

Through our third-party partners, we have taken all reasonably available steps to limit data collection beyond what is necessary to operate our business.

All email requests must include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address so that we may correctly identify your data.

TIMING

If you request deletion, we may retain certain transaction records for up to 180 days after your last purchase to resolve potential payment-related disputes. This is the standard window of time for such disputes.

If you request deletion within that 180-day window, your data may be scheduled for erasure after the period has elapsed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

MISCELLANEOUS

Please know that, depending on how you choose to opt in or out of data collection processes, certain features of our website may not be available.
