Privacy Policy
Last revision: April 15, 2026
We take customer privacy seriously. We do not sell customer data. We collect personal data only in order to operate our e-commerce website and for other core business needs such as providing customer service. We strive to protect your privacy at all points from your first use of our website, through purchases and shipping, and in all communications in between.
This policy explains what personal information we, or our third-party partners, may collect, what we do with that information, and what your rights and responsibilities are with respect to that data collection.
We try to identify any specific third parties that we may share data with, though these parties may change over time. It is our intention to keep this policy updated with any changes in relevant law or changes to our own internal policies as they may arise. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at our sole discretion and without advance notice to our users, and we will update the revision date accordingly.
DATA COLLECTION IN GENERAL
To provide you with our products and services, we, or our third-party partners, may collect various types of data. These may include personal data such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and billing information. We use these data to complete sales transactions, and some of this information may be stored for use in future transactions.
We do not sell these data to anyone. We do not share these data with any third parties other than those necessary to the transaction, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), certain third-party apps within the Shopify ecosystem that provide core functionality to our website, payment processors, and shipping services such as DHL, USPS, and Shippo.
In addition, we, or our third-party partners, may collect non-personally identifiable information. This type of information can include IP addresses, geographic area, and usage activities including what pages were visited, products viewed, and more. This information is generally aggregated and used for business analysis, enabling us to make decisions on how to provide customers with the best experience.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT REQUESTS
When you submit a request through your customer account or our website (including requests related to orders, cancellations, address changes, or general support), we process the information associated with your account together with any information you include in your request.
This may include your existing account information (such as your name, email address, and order details) as well as the content of your message.
We use this information solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Process and manage your request
- Provide customer support services
PROCESSING OF SUPPORT REQUESTS
To provide customer support, we transmit and process support requests using secure third-party service providers that assist with infrastructure, request processing, and email delivery.
As part of this process, your request and associated account information may be transmitted through systems operated by these providers in order to deliver your request to our support team and facilitate a response.
We limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary to provide support services.
